What you'll do
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of job sites, ensuring they are clean and organized for optimal productivity.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a labour-intensive role, preferably in construction or mining, is an asset.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols at all times.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as required.
- A valid driver's license is an advantage, as transportation to job sites may be necessary.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances on the job.
