About the role

As an , you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing SAP solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. Your expertise will guide organizations through their digital transformation journeys, ensuring that their SAP environments are optimized for performance and efficiency. This position requires a deep understanding of SAP technologies, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. You will be based in Blaricum, Noord-Holland, and will work closely with both clients and internal teams to drive successful project outcomes.

What you'll do

Lead the design and architecture of SAP solutions tailored to meet client specifications and business objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP implementations.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of SAP modules, including but not limited to SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP BW.
Conduct system assessments and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and optimization within existing SAP landscapes.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Participate in project planning and resource allocation, ensuring that timelines and budgets are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
Engage with clients to present architectural designs and solutions, addressing any concerns and providing expert recommendations.
Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to ensure that Lanubiaconsult remains at the forefront of SAP solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
Document architectural decisions, solution designs, and project progress to maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of SAP functionalities and best practices.
Collaborate with other architects and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions with existing IT infrastructures.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP solution architecture or a related field.
Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA, with a strong understanding of its modules and functionalities.
Experience in leading SAP implementation projects from inception to completion, with a track record of successful outcomes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements and workshops.

Nice to have

Experience with SAP Cloud Platform and integration services.
Knowledge of industry-specific SAP solutions, particularly in sectors such as manufacturing, retail, or finance.
Certification in SAP Solution Architecture or related SAP modules.
Familiarity with data migration strategies and tools for SAP environments.
Experience working in a consultancy environment is advantageous.

Skills & tools

Proficient in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP BW, and other SAP-related technologies.
Strong understanding of integration tools and methodologies, including SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI.
Familiarity with database management systems, particularly SAP HANA.
Knowledge of programming languages such as ABAP, Java, or SQL is beneficial.
Experience with cloud technologies and services, especially in relation to SAP solutions.

This role is based in Blaricum, Noord-Holland, and offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience. Candidates must be eligible to work in the Netherlands, and visa sponsorship may be available for the right candidate.
