About the role
Knock is transforming the home buying and selling process. We are looking for a dedicated sales professional to join our team and drive the adoption of our innovative Bridge Loan product. This role is focused on generating new business by building relationships with lending partners.
Key facts
What you'll do
Initiate outbound contact with potential partners to generate interest and secure new business.
Conduct regular meetings and training sessions with loan officers, brokers, and agents to educate them on Knock's offerings and performance.
Consistently achieve monthly targets for new business acquisition within your designated territory.
Collaborate with lenders and brokers to increase loan application volume for Knock.
Lead initiatives to boost top-of-funnel activity and encourage both new and repeat applications.
Meet a minimum monthly sales target of 70 loan applications.
Work with internal departments to ensure a smooth experience for partners and their clients.
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators, including outreach, partnerships, leads, and applications.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
Requirements
Must possess recent lending experience or an active NMLS license.
Previous experience working directly with lenders is required.
A minimum of 2 years in business development or growth roles.
Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound sales outreach and build a sales pipeline.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders.
A performance-driven approach focused on partner success.
A team-oriented attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Strong relationship-building skills based on trust and transparency.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice to have
Experience in SaaS sales.

Base salary range: $55,000 - $60,000 USD.
Eligible for an uncapped incentive plan (bonus).
On-target earnings (OTE): $189,000 USD (performance-based, not guaranteed).
