About the role
You will drive revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle for mid-market prospects, helping them adopt our data-driven marketing platform. This role involves identifying new business opportunities and guiding prospective customers through the evaluation of our omnichannel CRM solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating complex data capabilities into clear business outcomes for decision-makers. The position requires ownership of the entire commercial journey, from initial contact to the final signature and beyond. You will leverage your expertise in ecommerce to uncover prospect pain points and position Klaviyo as the strategic partner. Success in this role is defined by your ability to build relationships and execute a consultative selling methodology. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition for clients entering the onboarding process. Ultimately, you will be responsible for hitting ambitious quarterly sales targets that contribute directly to the company's growth trajectory.

What you'll do
- Manage the entire sales process from initial outreach to contract signature, overseeing every stage with precision.
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to align our platform features with prospect business goals and key performance indicators.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of commercial-tier opportunities, ensuring a healthy flow of qualified leads.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and customer success, fostering collaboration between sales and implementation.
- Use data to track performance metrics and forecast accurately to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Navigate complex sales cycles by identifying and engaging multiple stakeholders within a prospect organization.
- Develop a deep understanding of the ecommerce and digital marketing landscape to articulate competitive advantages clearly.
- Deliver high-level presentations and negotiations that resonate with executive leadership and decision-makers.
- Utilize CRM platforms such as Salesforce to maintain accurate records and forecast future revenue streams effectively.
- Leverage sales engagement tools to streamline outreach, follow-ups, and communication tracking for maximum efficiency.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Klaviyo platform ecosystem to answer detailed questions and solve prospect challenges.
- Apply data-driven sales forecasting techniques to predict outcomes and adjust strategies in a dynamic market environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a closing role within a B2B SaaS environment, demonstrating a history of successful transactions.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and navigate multiple stakeholders with differing priorities and concerns.
- Strong understanding of the ecommerce and digital marketing landscape, including current trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills for high-level presentations and negotiations, both written and verbal.
- Capacity to operate independently and manage a high volume of activities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience working with CRM platforms like Salesforce or similar systems to organize and analyze client data.
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools that support outreach, sequencing, and productivity in a commercial setting.
- A commitment to ethical sales practices and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Willingness to travel within the London area for client meetings and industry events as business needs require.
