Sales Representative, Northeast
Job description
About the role
You own the end-to-end sales process for small to medium sized inbound leads across the Northeast region, managing discovery, needs analysis, and solution positioning independently. You act as the primary Khan Academy product expert for partners, articulating how our tools and content align with district goals around engagement and student outcomes. You own the full funnel from initial outreach through to contract negotiation and renewal advocacy, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for every partner. You collaborate daily with internal teams to translate partner feedback into actionable insights that shape product improvements and messaging. You build and maintain a robust, data-driven pipeline of target districts that balances breadth and depth across your assigned territory. You own forecasting and pipeline hygiene, ensuring visibility and accuracy for the District Partnership team. You champion the mission of free, world-class education for everyone by expanding access to Khan Academy in historically under-resourced schools.
