About the role
You own the end-to-end integrity of voice data operations within our technical ecosystem, ensuring every interaction is captured, processed, and stored according to strict standards. You own the responsibility of monitoring data quality metrics and flagging anomalies that could impact downstream analysis or model training. You own collaboration with engineering and product teams to translate business requirements into structured data workflows. You own the documentation of procedures and edge cases to maintain institutional knowledge and support continuity. You own the proactive identification of patterns that improve data labeling accuracy and reduce manual rework. You own adherence to data governance policies and security protocols that protect sensitive voice information. You own the continuous improvement of helper routines by testing new tools and providing feedback for system enhancements. You own a role in fostering a culture of transparency and shared learning across the voice data pipeline.
What you'll do
Perform foundational data labeling and annotation for voice datasets under supervision.
Assist in the preparation and organization of audio files for processing and analysis.
Execute routine checks on data integrity, completeness, and format compliance.
Support the maintenance of documentation related to data handling procedures.
Operate tools and interfaces required for importing, exporting, and transforming voice data.
Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies in labeled information.
Monitor workflow dashboards to track progress and identify bottlenecks in processing.
Follow step-by-step instructions to ensure consistency in data preparation tasks.
Contribute to the upkeep of the computing environment used for voice data operations.
Participate in scheduled meetings to discuss priorities, updates, and process adjustments.
Adhere to established safety and security protocols when handling voice data assets.
Provide feedback on tooling and workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Support the implementation of quality assurance measures for voice data pipelines.
Assist in the organization of stored data to support retrieval and long-term archival needs.
Requirements
You MUST be over the age of 18 to participate in this role and handle voice data responsibilities.
You MUST possess a High School Diploma or equivalent certification as proof of educational foundation.
You MUST hold a Valid Driver's License and provide evidence of Personal Transportation for any required travel.
You MUST be a US Citizen or possess a valid work permit allowing employment in the United States.
You MUST maintain a FELONY FREE record to ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
You MUST be DRUG FREE before and during employment, including any required testing protocols.
You MUST present a NEAT APPEARANCE that aligns with professional workplace expectations.
