- We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking <strong>Human Resources Manager</strong> who will serve as a strategic business partner to leadership, provide guidance through complex employee matters, and lead the continued development of HR processes, people, and systems.
- This role will lead the HR team and play a critical role in shaping the employee experience, strengthening organizational capability, and supporting our leaders.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Strategic HR Leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with executive and operational leadership to align HR programs, workforce planning, and talent strategies with business goals.</li> <li>Lead and develop the HR team, ensuring effectiveness, service delivery, and continued professional growth.</li> <li>Analyze HR metrics, turnover data, market trends, and workforce planning needs to drive decision-making and improvements.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Talent Development &amp; Culture</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and manage scalable performance management, career development, mentorship, and leadership development programs.</li> <li>Foster a culture rooted in accountability, safety, teamwork, and professional growth.</li> <li>Oversee employee engagement strategies including recognition programs, communication practices, and organizational development initiatives.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Employee Relations</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary resource for complex employee relations issues, investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance challenges.</li> <li>Provide coaching and HR advisory support to supervisors and management to build leadership capability.</li> <li>Ensure fair, consistent, and legally compliant employment practices across the organization.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compliance &amp; HR Operations</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws including ADA, FMLA, FLSA, I-9, EEO, COBRA, USERRA, workers' compensation, and other regulatory requirements..</li> <li>Lead HRIS optimization, process improvement initiatives, and digitalization strategies to enhance efficiency.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional Oversight</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support payroll and workers' compensation processes as needed.</li> <li>Oversee annual employee communications, open enrollment, policy updates, and employee-facing programs and events.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of progressive HR experience, including people leadershi
