What you'll do
- Orchestrate comprehensive account strategies that align service offerings with dynamic customer portfolio requirements.
- Direct and coordinate preventative maintenance schedules to ensure operational continuity and minimize client system downtime.
- Negotiate and formalize contract renewal terms while safeguarding Kelso Industries service level expectations.
- Analyze complex service histories and performance metrics to identify incremental opportunities for expansion or optimization.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to resolve intricate client issues and streamline internal support workflows.
- Develop sophisticated account presentations that clearly communicate value, reliability, and return on investment to stakeholders.
- Proactively manage risk indicators within customer portfolios to prevent service disruptions and ensure compliance.
- Serve as the central hub for all client communications, consolidating feedback and translating it into actionable service improvements.
- Leverage data analytics to forecast revenue potential and prioritize high-impact accounts within the assigned territory.
- Champion safety and quality standards in every client interaction to reinforce the company's core operational principles.
- Identify and qualify new prospect segments that align with the strategic growth objectives of the regional business unit.
- Represent Kelso Industries at industry functions and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and market positioning.
- Maintain meticulous records of all client interactions, ensuring accurate forecasting and robust pipeline visibility.
- Mentor junior team members on relationship best practices and consultative communication techniques.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid driver's license and be able to transport between job sites as required by regional service territories.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening in accordance with company policy.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship requirements at this time.
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or business education is preferred but not required.
- Must demonstrate a professional appearance and demeanor consistent with corporate client-facing standards.
- Must have reliable transportation and the physical ability to attend meetings both in office and on customer premises.
- Must exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills to interface effectively with executive and technical personnel.
