- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.

Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials, with an emphasis on safety and quality assurance.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar applications.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
