What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations in both the warehouse and the store, including receiving, shelving, and unpacking products.
• Manage inventory and customer orders, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and organized.
• Uphold safety standards and cleanliness in the warehouse, training colleagues on safe working practices.
• Contribute to the store's sales performance by providing excellent customer service and handling cash transactions.
• Implement JYSK's service concept, being ready to assist customers as soon as your shift begins.
• Collaborate with your team to meet store objectives and sales targets.
• Engage in physical activities throughout the day, accumulating thousands of steps as part of your work routine.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment, embracing the variety of tasks that may arise during your shifts.

Requirements

• A strong motivation to work in both warehouse and sales roles, with a drive to achieve results and exceed expectations.
• Proactive and independent, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire the team regarding warehouse cleanliness, safety, and maintenance, facilitating smoother operations in the store.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of managing multiple tasks, even when not everything can be completed at once.
• A desire to sell and succeed in every shift, demonstrating energy and confidence in customer interactions.
• Thrives in busy and dynamic settings, enjoying the fast-paced nature of retail work.
• A team player who derives energy from collaboration and surpassing personal goals.
• Flexible regarding tasks, working hours, and schedules, with availability for morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Proficiency in Finnish and Swedish is required, while English language skills are considered an advantage.
