Prepare store readiness before opening so shoppers find clarity and confidence.

Champion offers, move units, and guide guests toward smart choices under pressure.

Safeguard inventory health, orchestrate unloading, and ensure shelves stay full and accurate.

Create an inviting scene with displays, lighting, and signals that spark interest.

Own the till, handle payments, and keep transactions fast, correct, and transparent.

Build trust by listening, explaining options, and closing with clear next steps.

Spot needs early, escalate issues, and partner with logistics for smooth recovery.

Share feedback, celebrate wins, and help teammates level up through coaching and example.

Requirements

You must be 18 years of age or older to step into this role and handle the responsibilities.

You can work varied hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, as needed.

You thrive in a fast tempo, enjoy unpredictable tasks, and stay focused on targets.

You communicate clearly in Finnish, both in writing and during face-to-face contact.

You bring ambition, initiative, and the stamina to perform across shifts and duties.

Nice to have

Experience in retail, customer service, or sales that proves your comfort with transactions.

Skills & tools

Point of Sale, JYSK tools, and basic digital systems.

Recruiters use the platform to manage open roles, engage candidates, and move people through review stages. The design supports consistent processes, clear status visibility, and straightforward decisions that help teams hire efficiently.
