The work is hands-on, involving frequent physical activity such as receiving, unpacking, and organizing products in the warehouse and on the sales floor. You will operate tills and systems precisely, safeguarding company assets and maintaining accurate records. Beyond the tasks, you will enjoy a vibrant atmosphere with great colleagues and a fast pace. We value initiative, independence, and strong communication. You will be expected to perform reliably under pressure, recover quickly from setbacks, and see challenges as opportunities to learn. What We Require From You

To succeed here, you must be at least 17 years old and possess strong written and verbal Finnish skills for clear communication and task guidance. You must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable managing shifting schedules while maintaining high performance. Resilience is essential: you must bounce back from disappointments and treat them as fresh challenges. You must be legally authorized to work in Finland and not require a work permit or visa for this role. You must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, including prolonged standing, lifting, and moving products. You must reliably adhere to the scheduled shifts and maintain consistent attendance during your contract period. You must follow all health, safety, and security instructions relevant to the retail environment at all times. You must handle customer information and company data in accordance with privacy and confidentiality expectations. You must be willing to adapt to the operational needs of the store, including changes in scheduling and task allocation.

Compensation and Conditions

Engagement: Part-time, approximately 10 hours per week.

Pay: 10.89€ to 15.26€ per hour, plus evening, Saturday, and holiday allowances.

• Contract: Fixed-term employment based on the company's standard terms.
