What you'll do

• Your primary responsibility will be driving sales and enhancing customer experiences.
• You will actively engage with customers, viewing each interaction as an opportunity to assist them in making informed decisions.
• You will ensure that the store remains inviting and ready for promotional activities while implementing JYSK's retail concept.
• You will manage stock efficiently, including unloading deliveries and assisting customers with their purchases.
• The role requires physical stamina, but you will have access to the best tools and support from your team.
• Expect variety in your tasks, including responsibilities in the store, stockroom, and promotional events.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous.

• Strong communication skills in Finnish, both written and spoken, are necessary for customer interactions and understanding company guidelines.
