What you'll do

• Take charge of sales in the store, ensuring customers receive top-notch service with a friendly smile.
• Maintain the store's cleanliness and ensure shelves are fully stocked with our products.
• Participate in the reception, unpacking, storage, and checkout processes of products, both in the warehouse and on the sales floor, so be prepared for some physical activity.
• Manage a significant area of the store, taking on responsibilities that contribute to its overall success.
• Collaborate with your team to exceed sales targets and enhance the customer experience.
• Engage with customers, providing them with information and assistance to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
• Participate in internal competitions between stores and strive for bonuses based on performance.
• Attend biannual team outings to foster camaraderie and team spirit.

Requirements

• Flexibility in handling various tasks and adapting to different work schedules, including weekends.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with customers effectively.

• Familiarity with inventory management and store operations.
