Requirements
12+ years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or allied functions such as field marketing, account-based marketing, or partner enablement is required. A proven track record of developing, launching, and scaling programs that drove measurable pipeline or revenue impact in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or professional services environments is necessary.
Deep understanding of channel partner models, audience types such as distributors, brokers, and consultants, and what drives partner success is essential. Experience developing channel-specific go-to-market strategies and operating models that address distinct partner needs is required.
Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and design or improve workflows and processes is required. Experience improving marketing operations, communication cadences, and execution processes to support scalable partner programs is necessary.
Capacity to balance big-picture strategy with execution and timelines is required. Complex channel marketing challenges are broken into clear, actionable workstreams, and measurable results are delivered.
Data and metrics are leveraged to inform strategy, validate assumptions, and drive continuous improvement. Analytics tools are used to translate data insights into business recommendations that strengthen partner outcomes.
