About the role
Justworks is seeking an experienced professional to manage our most significant brand events. You will lead the strategy and execution for Tier 1 and 2 events, including conferences, tradeshows, and internal programs, while integrating AI tools to improve efficiency and scalability. In this capacity, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact initiatives, ensuring that each event aligns with overarching business objectives and reinforces the integrity of the Justworks brand. Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in event management.

- Experience with co-branded activations and partnership marketing.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on detailed experience design.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across Brand, Community, Field Marketing, and Content teams.
- Experience building scalable processes and documentation for event operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing event budgets and financial oversight.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities evolve rapidly.
- Willingness to work hybrid schedules in the New York, New York office as required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate strategy and negotiate with stakeholders.
