QA Lead (all genders)
Job description
QA Lead (all genders) at Justplay Gmbh.
About the role
You will define and own the quality strategy across a diverse portfolio of approximately seventy live Unity mobile titles. This role is not focused on a single game but requires balancing centralized standards with the specific needs of each title's release cycle. You will build scalable QA processes, automation, and release practices that allow a small team to safely support a large portfolio without proportional headcount growth. A key part of the role involves owning release readiness, including gating, staged rollouts, post-launch monitoring, and providing Go or No-Go recommendations for each title. You will drive automated testing across Unity games and integrate these tests into CI/CD pipelines to increase confidence in every release. In this position, you will lead, mentor, and grow the QA team while collaborating closely with Game Engineering, Design, Producing, and external QA partners. You will champion quality across shared systems such as SDK integrations, Firebase configuration, analytics, monetization, and backend services to ensure consistent high-quality experiences for millions of players.
