About the role
You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of Account-Based Marketing programs for Jump's highest-value financial firm targets. What you'll do
- Architect and own multi-channel ABM strategies for a prioritized list of strategic enterprise accounts, integrating 1:1 and 1:few approaches.
- Partner directly with Sales to map the strategic Buying Committee, identifying roles, influence levels, and personalized content requirements for each account.
- Drive quarterly account-sourced and account-influenced pipeline targets, focusing specifically on deal velocity and new logo acquisition within key financial institutions.
- Design and execute bespoke, high-touch experiences including custom content, direct mail initiatives, and tailored messaging to generate a halo effect across target accounts.
- Develop hyper-personalized assets such as custom landing pages, executive briefings, and bespoke pitch decks that address specific client pain points and decision criteria.
- Utilize AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to accelerate asset creation and campaign execution while ensuring strict adherence to brand standards and compliance.
- Act as a strategic extension of the Enterprise Sales team, providing data, insights, and strategic cover to enable reps to penetrate new logos and expand within existing ones.
- Establish a scalable ABM-in-a-Box framework that equips regional Sales teams with playbooks, assets, and guidance for effective field activations.
- Collaborate with RevOps to refine account-based attribution models and optimize lead routing configurations within Salesforce to ensure accurate measurement.
- Track and analyze the full-funnel ROI of ABM initiatives, moving beyond vanity metrics to evaluate Account Engagement Scores, Pipeline Velocity, and Win Rates.
- Implement structured post-campaign follow-up processes in coordination with SDRs to capture high-value signals and prevent opportunities from falling through the cracks.
- Define and monitor a clear set of success metrics during the first 6-12 months, including Tier 1 account strategy activation, pipeline acceleration, and Sales adoption of ABM plays.
Requirements
- Hold a minimum of 3-5 years of cumulative experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years dedicated to Account-Based Marketing or Field Marketing within the Enterprise SaaS landscape.
- Demonstrate a creative orientation that balances best practices with the ability to develop novel approaches tailored to specific industries and customer psychographics.
- Exhibit an AI orientation, showing comfort and capability in using artificial intelligence tools to streamline processes and enhance broader marketing effectiveness.
- Maintain a high level of executive presence, with the skill to design experiences and content that resonate deeply with C-suite executives at major financial institutions.
