About the role
You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for JFrog Security, guiding products from initial concept through market launch and ongoing optimization. The role requires you to conduct original competitive analysis and synthesize client feedback to define a clear product strategy that aligns with the company's vision of liquid software. You will partner with R&D teams during discovery phases to ensure technical feasibility and translate complex security requirements into executable product plans. A core part of this position involves driving AI transformation initiatives to optimize internal workflows and enhance the security offering for customers. You will build strategic trust with both internal stakeholders and external enterprise clients to ensure alignment and buy-in across the organization. This position demands evidence-based innovation, where you design and iterate on product decisions based on usage data and market research. Ultimately, you will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver winning products that provide a great user experience and meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

What you'll do
Conduct comprehensive competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for new security features and capabilities.
Own the full product lifecycle, including ideation, discovery with R&D, specification writing, launching, and post-launch monitoring of security products.
Translate complex enterprise customer requirements into scalable product solutions that integrate AI/ML capabilities for enhanced security outcomes.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with large enterprise customers to understand their evolving security needs and challenges.
Collaborate with Product Analysts, UX/UI designers, and Product Marketing teams to ensure successful feature rollouts and user adoption.
Leverage data from customer usage, market trends, and adoption metrics to identify, design, and iterate on evidence-based product decisions.
Work closely with engineering teams to write detailed PRDs and user stories that ensure precise execution and quality assurance.
Influence cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Support to align on product vision and go-to-market strategies.
Drive internal AI initiatives to optimize product workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall JFrog Security offering.
Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to ensure the product strategy supports revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
Build strategic trust with internal stakeholders through strong cross-team interactions and clear communication of product objectives.
Ensure product solutions meet the complex security requirements of global customers operating in diverse market environments.
Act as the primary link between enterprise customers and internal teams to validate product direction and gather actionable feedback.
Continuously monitor product performance and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the DevSecOps space.
Champion the product vision externally and internally to secure buy-in and support for new initiatives and feature developments.
Requirements
You must possess a minimum of 5+ years of experience in end-to-end Product Management, with a focus on B2B SaaS platforms and security technologies.
A strong technical background is mandatory, with proven ability to engage deeply with engineering teams on complex technical architectures and developer-centric products.
You must demonstrate execution excellence, including strong project management skills and the ability to write detailed PRDs and user stories for engineering and QA teams.
Prior customer-facing experience is required, with a track record of working effectively with users, buyers, and decision-makers in a global market.
Excellent English communication skills are essential, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
An engineering or application security background is considered an advantage for this role.
A solid understanding of AI/ML workflows and data proficiency is required to leverage these technologies for driving product value and internal efficiency.
Previous experience in Application Security, Vulnerability Management, or DevSecOps is mandatory to ensure alignment with JFrog Security objectives.
Nice to have
Proficiency in AI and data analytics tools to enhance product discovery and decision-making processes.
Experience working within highly regulated industries where security and compliance are critical.
