About the role
You will own the end-to-end sales cycle for strategic enterprise accounts across Taiwan and Greater China, directly influencing C-level decision makers in FSI, high-tech manufacturing, gaming, web3, and e-commerce sectors. You will act as the trusted advisor that crafts and executes DevOps and security strategies, aligning JFrog's platform capabilities with urgent business and compliance priorities. Every day you will collaborate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Consulting teams to design solutions that drive adoption and expansion. You will leverage data-driven insights to prioritize targets, forecast pipeline, and refine go-to-market approaches for maximum impact. This role gives you the autonomy to build long-term relationships and shape the direction of software delivery for the world's most demanding enterprises. You will be a key growth driver responsible for acquiring new logos and expanding footprint within existing strategic accounts. What you'll do
Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies that convert C-suite stakeholders into advocates for JFrog's DevSecOps and AI/ML platform.
Hunt new business across verticals and via channel partners, creating a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities in Taiwan and China to Global markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with executive sponsors and technical decision-makers to ensure strategic alignment and long-term value.
Translate complex platform capabilities into clear business narratives that address priorities around security, scalability, and compliance for CISOs and operational leaders.
Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through disciplined pipeline management and consistent execution.
Travel to customer sites and partner locations to support presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concept initiatives that accelerate buying decisions.
Partner closely with Sales Engineering to deliver tailored demonstrations, respond to security questionnaires, and address technical objections.
Work hand-in-hand with Customer Success and Consulting teams to ensure smooth onboarding, adoption, and identification of expansion opportunities.
Analyze competitive landscape dynamics and customer buying patterns to refine positioning and strengthen value propositions.
Own key stages of the sales process, from initial discovery and needs analysis through negotiation, contracting, and post-sale transition.
Champion customer outcomes by aligning JFrog solutions with measurable business results and risk management frameworks.
Represent JFrog professionally in industry events, executive briefings, and partner meetings that enhance brand credibility in the region.
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline documentation to support leadership in making informed growth decisions.
Continuously seek feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to refine messaging, overcome barriers, and improve win rates.
Requirements
Bring a minimum of 5 years of enterprise software sales experience, with a proven track record of selling to end-users and C-level executives across multiple departments.
Demonstrate experience selling to large enterprises in Taiwan, particularly within Financial Services, High-tech manufacturing, and gaming industries.
Show a strong understanding of the complete sales cycle, from initial prospecting and qualification through negotiation, contracting, and renewal management.
Have a solid grasp of SaaS sales motions and the key performance indicators that drive growth and retention in subscription businesses.
Be goal-oriented with a history of consistently exceeding sales quotas and delivering results in challenging markets.
Work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while displaying flexibility, reliability, and initiative in ambiguous situations.
Communicate clearly and persuasively in English, both in writing and verbally, when addressing technical and non-technical audiences including executives.
Adopt a customer-success mindset, with a winning attitude and a genuine commitment to solving difficult problems for clients.
Be an energized, self-motivated, competitive professional who builds strong relationships and responds quickly to stakeholder needs.
Hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a technical discipline; an MBA is an advantage but not required.
Possess a solid understanding of technology concepts, especially around DevOps, security, and SaaS, to engage technical stakeholders at appropriate depth.
Be based in Taipei and willing to travel regionally to meet customers and partners each quarter.
