Growth Operations Manager
Job description
About the role
You enjoy turning messy signals into clear action and looking at product usage, marketing engagement, and account activity to immediately think about the next best step. You care deeply about building systems that help teams move faster, make better decisions, and focus on the opportunities that matter most while connecting data, processes, and people to create measurable business impact. This role is for you if that description resonates with how you like to operate. You will own the end-to-end workflow that transforms raw signals into qualified opportunities and sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and commercial execution. If you like connecting dots across teams and seeing how process improvements drive tangible outcomes, this is the right fit.
Key facts
What you'll do
Define and refine qualification criteria by analyzing product usage, engagement patterns, and commercial intent signals to distinguish genuine buying interest from noise. Own the end-to-end process that converts product signals, marketing engagement, and account activity into qualified sales opportunities. Build and maintain routing rules that ensure the right opportunities reach the right sales and SDR owners at the right time. Improve how quickly and effectively opportunities move from initial signal detection to meaningful commercial engagement. Partner with product, marketing, sales, analytics, and operations teams to design, test, and refine workflows and automation. Maintain high-quality lead and account data through enrichment, segmentation, consolidation, and cleanup activities that support better targeting. Create feedback loops that connect sales outcomes with product usage and marketing engagement data to inform future decisions. Identify bottlenecks and friction points in the funnel and resolve them through process changes, automation, reporting improvements, or data quality initiatives. Translate business requirements and product narratives into clear specifications for CRM workflows, integrations, dashboards, and operational tooling. Measure the effectiveness of qualification, routing, and engagement processes and establish a rhythm of continuous improvement based on data and feedback.
Requirements
Bring a strong sense of ownership and a desire to improve systems rather than work around limitations or inefficiencies. Demonstrate good commercial judgment and the ability to distinguish genuine buying intent from random activity or noise in the data. Possess an analytical mindset that helps you turn complex data sets into practical, executable decisions and clear operational rules. Operate comfortably in environments where not everything is defined upfront and you must make progress with incomplete information. Show a bias toward action, liking to test ideas, learn from results quickly, and iterate on approaches based on evidence. Exhibit strong collaboration skills and the ability to build trust across different teams, functions, and levels of seniority within the organization. Pay attention to detail while maintaining perspective on the bigger picture and strategic objectives of the business. Demonstrate curiosity about how product adoption, customer behavior, and commercial outcomes are connected through workflows and data. Have experience in growth operations, revenue operations, sales operations, sales strategy, or a similar role within a B2B software or technology company. Show a solid understanding of sales and marketing funnels, including qualification methods, Sales Development Representative workflows, account prioritization, pipeline creation, and conversion tracking practices. Possess the ability to define qualification frameworks, routing logic, and operational processes that can be implemented, scaled, and maintained over time.
