We collaborate with stakeholders throughout the company to ensure messaging reaches its target audience. We are now seeking a Junior Email Marketing Specialist to help us engage with our growing community of individual and enterprise customers worldwide.
In this role, you will manage a broad range of email marketing campaigns to promote our tools and help increase our worldwide sales. You will own the end-to-end execution of email marketing initiatives that directly support JetBrains' global growth objectives. You will design and deploy targeted campaigns that educate our audience about our developer tools and drive meaningful engagement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to translate product launches and business goals into structured email journeys. You will analyze campaign performance, identify key insights, and iterate on future sends to improve results. You will experiment with different content formats and subject lines to understand what resonates best with our community. You will ensure all messaging aligns with brand guidelines and regulatory standards across markets. You will contribute to a culture of testing and learning by sharing findings and best practices with the wider marketing team.
What you'll do
- Develop, execute, and optimize email campaigns to support various company activities.
- Collaborate with product marketing, brand marketing, sales, copyediting, localization, and design teams to create campaigns tailored to different audience segments.
- Support high-priority business initiatives such as AI tool marketing.
- Analyze email performance metrics and user behavior to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and calls to action to maximize open rates, click rates, and conversions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in our email marketing strategies.
- Work with marketing automation tools to streamline and scale email campaigns across multiple languages and regions.
- Maintain organized workflows and documentation to ensure consistency and clarity in campaign execution.
- Track campaign results against business goals and communicate insights to stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of email templates, flows, and audience segments.
- Help build a stronger relationship with the developer community through thoughtful and value-driven communication.
- Support testing of new ideas in a fast-paced environment while adhering to quality and compliance standards.
- Assist in coordinating cross-regional campaigns that respect local nuances and preferences.
- Participate in regular reviews and brainstorming sessions to refine campaign concepts and execution.
Requirements
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory for this role.
- Previous experience in marketing, with a focus on email marketing, digital marketing, or content marketing, is required.
- You must be able to learn quickly and navigate large volumes of information with ease.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential.
- You should be capable of working independently and effectively in a distributed team environment.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with members of cross-functional teams are required.
- A clear understanding of email marketing fundamentals and basic familiarity with marketing automation is expected.
