This position owns the complete journey for email initiatives, transforming concepts into concrete stories that reach distinct audiences. The role requires three to five years of hands-on experience to guide work alongside brand and product voices. You will translate complex positioning into simple messages that drive measurable response.
Key facts
Location options include Belgrade Serbia, Berlin Germany, Limassol Cyprus, Madrid Spain, Munich Germany, Prague Czech Republic, Remote Germany, Warsaw Poland, and Yerevan Armenia. Engagement is full time. Compensation ranges from 45000 EUR to 65000 EUR.
What you will do
Develop email campaigns that speak to specific segments while coordinating with brand and product teams. Orchestrate messages across automation platforms to ensure consistent delivery in multiple regions and languages. Analyze open, click, and conversion signals to refine future concepts and testing ideas. Experiment with subject lines, layouts, and calls to action to improve audience response. Champion initiatives related to AI features, aligning content with product launches and timelines. Maintain knowledge of email regulations and data practices to keep communication safe and compliant. Collaborate with copy, design, and localization partners to adapt assets for distinct markets. Support high priority projects, keeping stakeholders informed and timelines on track.
Requirements
You communicate clearly in English during writing and conversation. You bring four years of email marketing background, mixing B2B and B2C perspectives. You have experience in software or technology focused marketing environments. You learn quickly and manage large amounts of information without losing detail. You organize tasks well, balancing urgency and importance under pressure. You work reliably in remote setups, contributing effectively without constant supervision. You cooperate smoothly with colleagues from product, sales, and creative functions.
Nice to have
Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Marketo or Hubspot. Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for lightweight adjustments. Knowledge of GDPR and email marketing rules in different regions.
Skills and tools
Proficiency with Marketo, Hubspot, HTML, CSS, Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and Contentful.

In this role, you will manage a broad range of email marketing campaigns to promote our tools and help grow our global sales. As part of our team, you will develop, execute, and optimize email campaigns to support various company activities. You will collaborate with product marketing, brand marketing, sales, copyediting, localization, and design teams to create campaigns tailored to different audience segments. You will support high-priority business initiatives such as AI tool marketing. You will analyze email performance metrics and user behavior to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. You will A/B test email content, subject lines, and CTAs to maximize open rates, click rates, and conversions. You will stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in our email marketing strategies. You will work with marketing automation tools to streamline and scale email campaigns across multiple languages and regions.
We would be especially thrilled if you have experience with marketing automation tools (for example Marketo, Hubspot, or similar). You will also have a general understanding of HTML or CSS. You will familiarize yourself with GDPR and other email marketing regulations.
