What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive flight tests on rotary wing aircraft to assess performance, handling qualities, and system functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in flight testing, specifically with rotary wing aircraft.
• Strong understanding of flight dynamics, aerodynamics, and aircraft systems.
• Proficiency in data analysis software and tools, such as MATLAB, LabVIEW, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and guidelines related to flight testing and aviation safety.
• Valid pilot's license is preferred but not mandatory; however, a strong understanding of pilot operations is essential.
• Experience with flight test instrumentation and data acquisition systems is a plus.
