About the role
In this pivotal position, you will lead a dedicated team of Adoption Strategists whose primary goal is to enhance the utilization of our platform among enterprise clients. Your role will involve guiding your team, refining their strategies, and occasionally interacting with key accounts to ensure they receive the best possible support. The emphasis will be on driving team performance, fostering growth, and ensuring consistent delivery of results.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Oversee and nurture a team of Adoption Strategists, establishing individual performance goals and conducting regular evaluations to ensure team members are on track.
- Develop and enhance team playbooks, strategies for client engagement, and best practices related to client onboarding and change management processes.
- Offer direct assistance for the team's most critical or technically challenging accounts, helping to define use cases, cultivate technical champions, and implement proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Assume responsibility for tracking team performance metrics, which include win rates, adoption outcomes, revenue from services, time to value, contributions to client renewals and expansions, and the overall quality of engagement.
- Collaborate closely with leadership teams in Sales, Product, and Engineering to advocate for your team in strategic partnerships and escalation scenarios.
- Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for your team to align with the evolving needs of clients.
- Provide regular updates on team performance and capacity to practice leadership, identifying potential risks and necessary resources for optimal functioning.
- Analyze client feedback and market trends to continuously refine strategies and improve overall client satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovative ideas and approaches to enhance client adoption.
- Engage in cross-functional projects that require collaboration with other departments to drive company-wide initiatives.
- Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and team direction.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related discipline is required.
- A minimum of 6 to 9 years of experience in AI or technical consulting, solutions architecture, or customer success roles.
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience in a direct management capacity, overseeing team performance and development.
- Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise AI platform, such as Salesforce Agentforce, Moveworks, or Copilot.
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement team processes while scaling operations during periods of growth.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in engaging with executives during critical client interactions and internal discussions.
- Strong analytical skills to assess team performance and client engagement metrics effectively.

- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies to enhance team efficiency.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and their integration with AI platforms.
