Requirements
Eligible candidates must have a strong academic background complemented by professional experience that demonstrates strategic thinking and operational execution. You must possess excellent command of written and verbal communication in English to interact effectively with global stakeholders. A minimum of five years of progressive experience in relevant functions such as operations, supply chain, commercial, or project management is required. You should have a proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results in fast-paced, matrixed environments. Demonstrated ability to analyze quantitative data, interpret business performance indicators, and translate findings into actionable recommendations is essential. Strong interpersonal skills are required to build trust and influence across cultures, functions, and organizational levels. You must be comfortable working independently with limited supervision while maintaining strict ownership of commitments and deadlines. A deep commitment to ethical conduct, data confidentiality, and compliance with group policies is non-negotiable.
