Archiving intricate business requirements and translating them into clear technical specifications that guide the development team.

Evaluating legacy systems and orchestrating incremental refactoring to improve maintainability and performance without disrupting users.

Automating the build, test, and deployment processes using GitLab CI, Docker, and related tooling to achieve reliable and rapid releases.

Implementing secure and scalable REST APIs with Java and Spring, while integrating modern frontend frameworks like Angular or React for rich user interfaces.

Monitoring application health in production and collaborating with support teams to resolve incidents swiftly and effectively.

Championing best practices in code quality, crafting clean, maintainable, and well-documented solutions that stand the test of time.

Partnering with UX designers to transform wireframes and prototypes into pixel-perfect and accessible user experiences.

Analyzing system metrics and logs to identify bottlenecks and drive optimizations that enhance reliability and user satisfaction.

Coordinating with cross-functional teams to plan sprints, refine backlogs, and ensure alignment between development and business goals.

Mentoring junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and constructive feedback to elevate the overall team capability.

Requirements

You are self-taught or a university graduate, and your motivation is driven by a genuine passion for writing clean and effective code.

Java is one of your preferred languages, and you understand that it remains a powerful tool in a diverse technology stack.

You are comfortable working with relational databases and modern NoSQL stores, understanding their respective strengths and trade-offs.

You have solid experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React, building interactive interfaces that are both functional and maintainable.

You understand the fundamentals of DevOps, including version control, continuous integration, and containerization with tools like GitLab CI and Docker.

You are fluent in French or English, both in written communication and technical discussions with international teams.

You have a proven ability to work in a fully remote environment, managing your time and delivering results without direct supervision.

You are comfortable collaborating with designers, product managers, and other specialists to deliver cohesive and user-centered solutions.

You have a disciplined approach to testing, debugging, and maintaining software throughout its lifecycle.
