What you'll do

Provide authoritative legal advice and conduct in-depth legal research on matters spanning civil law, intellectual property, corporate law, and real estate, delivering practical solutions to complex issues.
Act as the first point of contact for end-users and third parties, including resellers and suppliers, replying to legal requests and clarifying contractual rights and obligations in a timely manner.
Investigate facts, analyze legal scenarios, and develop coherent legal arguments, presenting findings in a structured and persuasive format.
Compile information and prepare statistics, charts, graphs, and other visual summaries to detail research outcomes and support decision-makers.
Monitor the evolution of the legal and regulatory landscape, keeping track of changes in the law and providing timely updates on their potential impact on operations and contracts.
Support the implementation of group-wide cybersecurity governance activities, ensuring that legal controls and documentation are consistent with enterprise risk frameworks.

Requirements
Master's degree in Law (with honors)
Relevant experience as lawyer in a leading law firm
Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English language
Strong interpersonal and organization skills
Strong planning and organisational skills and excellent attention to detail and accuracy
