About the role

You will operate as a key legal resource within the Italian business unit, drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts and agreements to support commercial objectives. In this capacity, you will own the end-to-end legal advisory process, translating complex business requirements into clear, binding legal documentation. You will conduct in-depth legal research on diverse topics spanning civil law, intellectual property, corporate law, and real estate to mitigate risk and ensure compliance. You will serve as the primary liaison between the business, functional teams, and external advisors, ensuring alignment on strategy and deliverables. You will analyze factual scenarios and develop robust legal positions to protect the company's interests. You will maintain oversight of the evolving legal landscape, tracking changes in regulation and promptly communicating updates that impact operations. What you'll do

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure legal robustness and alignment with commercial goals.

Provide authoritative legal advice and execute comprehensive legal research on matters concerning civil law, intellectual property, corporate law, and real estate.

Act as the central point of contact for end-users and third parties, including resellers and suppliers, responding to legal requests related to products and services.

Investigate underlying facts and legal issues, developing clear arguments and positions to address complex inquiries.

Compile data and prepare visual and statistical summaries, including charts and graphs, to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.

Monitor legislative and regulatory updates, maintaining an up-to-date registry of changes and their implications for the business.

Ensure all documentation and communications adhere to the highest standards of accuracy, clarity, and confidentiality.

Requirements

Holding a Master's degree in Law with honors, denoted as 104+, which is a mandatory academic credential for this position.

Possessing relevant professional experience as a lawyer acquired within a leading law firm, establishing a foundation of practical legal expertise.

Demonstrating excellent command of both the Italian and English languages, including legal terminology, to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Exhibiting strong interpersonal and organization skills to build relationships and manage diverse tasks in a collaborative setting.

Maintaining strong planning and organizational abilities, coupled with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all deliverables.

Embodying a "get things done" attitude, enabling the prioritization and successful tracking of multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Operating effectively within a dynamic and international environment, showing adaptability and cultural awareness.

The compensation package is determined by experience, skills, and qualifications, with a gross annual salary ranging between €40,000 and €55,000. The job grade will be established following the selection process, resulting in a classification of either 3A3L (Terza Area Professionale, 3° Livello) or QD1 (Quadro Direttivo di 1° Livello).
