What you'll do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive events strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and objectives.

- Prepare detailed reports on event outcomes, including attendance metrics, financial performance, and participant feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and execution, preferably in a corporate or non-profit environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in budget management and financial reporting related to events.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle may be required for off-site events.
Nice to have
