What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end management of AI projects, from initial client engagement to final delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to develop tailored AI solutions that meet specific client requirements.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and existing systems to identify opportunities for AI integration and improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of AI capabilities to clients, showcasing the potential benefits and applications of the technology.

• Support business development efforts by identifying potential clients and opportunities for AI engagement, contributing to proposal development and pitch presentations.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, mentoring junior team members and sharing knowledge to enhance overall team performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, consulting, or a related role, with a focus on AI or technology solutions.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering results on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in client-facing roles, demonstrating the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and the ability to think critically about client needs and solutions.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Scrum, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
