What you'll do
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and understand their business needs, ensuring a tailored approach to outreach.
- Initiate contact with prospective customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to generate interest in our cybersecurity solutions.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining their fit for our services, ensuring that only the most promising prospects are passed on to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for the sales team.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead follow-up and conversion, sharing insights gained from initial interactions.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and best practices in sales.
- Assist in the development of sales collateral and marketing materials that effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, such as lead generation and conversion rates, to measure the effectiveness of outreach efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Engage in networking opportunities, including industry events and conferences, to represent Integrity360 and build relationships within the cybersecurity community.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements based on your interactions with prospects.
- Stay informed about competitors and market trends to effectively position Integrity360's offerings and articulate our unique selling points.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, contributing to the overall success of the sales department and the company as a whole.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the technology or cybersecurity sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating leads through proactive outreach.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence potential clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring that all client interactions are documented and followed up on appropriately.
- A self-motivated and results-driven mindset, with a passion for achieving goals and contributing to team success.
Nice to have
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry or a strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and terminology.
