About the role
This position acts as the GTM Operations triage lead for InMobi Exchange, serving as a bridge between business and operations teams across global time zones. You will partner with Sales, Client Development, Agency Development, PTD, DPM, and product groups to manage deal operations, campaign execution, and data-driven insights. In this capacity, you will own the end-to-end workflow that ensures deal integrity from initial inquiry to final execution and post-mortem analysis. You will be responsible for triaging incoming deal requests, diagnosing complexity, and routing them to the appropriate stakeholders for timely resolution. The role demands a proactive mindset focused on identifying bottlenecks and streamlining processes to enhance cross-functional collaboration. You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams seeking clarity on deal status and operational constraints. Ultimately, this role drives operational excellence by aligning commercial opportunities with platform capabilities and financial governance.

What you'll do
- Evaluate and approve complex or non-standard deals, including PMPs, strategic partnerships, and enterprise agreements.
- Verify that pricing, margins, rebates, discounts, and incentives comply with company standards.
- Collaborate with Sales to structure deals that support both revenue growth and profitability.
- Coordinate with RevOps to maintain accurate documentation in SFDC and BI platforms.
- Assess deal feasibility and operational impact in partnership with Product and Operations teams.
- Perform P&L analysis on deals, covering cost allocation, platform fees, and margin health.
- Model revenue scenarios and track account value over time.
- Identify and mitigate revenue leakage risks.
- Develop and refine SOPs and approval workflows to improve turnaround times.
- Implement automated workflows and approval matrices within SFDC.
- Produce regular reports for leadership regarding profitability and deal quality metrics.
- Analyze pricing trends to propose corrective strategies and inform commercial decision-making.
- Conduct post-deal reviews to capture learnings and update operational playbooks.
- Support special projects related to go-to-market initiatives and process optimization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in ad operations, programmatic operations, or campaign management, ideally within a global adtech environment.
- Proficiency in PMPs, Private Auctions, Brand IOs, and campaign workflows using DSPs such as DV360, TTD, Xandr, and Beeswax.
- Expertise in creative QA, pacing, inclusion logic, and campaign health optimization.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders across Sales, CSM, Product, and HQ Operations.
- Experience working across multiple time zones to ensure operational continuity between North America and India.
- Demonstrated history of mentoring and training team members in analytics or ad operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to detect data anomalies and communicate findings.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership for operational accuracy.
- Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical workflow specifications.
- Commitment to upholding data integrity and compliance standards across all deal activities.
- Willingness to adhere to established governance frameworks and escalation procedures.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to liaise with cross-functional partners.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic operational environment.
