About the role

InMobi is seeking a process-oriented leader to bridge the gap between finance operations and technology. You will re-engineer internal finance workflows to improve scalability and efficiency while acting as a primary partner to finance function owners.

What you'll do

• Lead working sessions with finance stakeholders to map existing processes and identify areas for automation or elimination.
• Design modular, scalable future-state process architectures capable of handling increased global volume.
• Translate complex process requirements into actionable specifications for product and engineering teams.
• Manage the adoption lifecycle of new systems, tracking performance metrics and gathering requirements for subsequent iterations.
• Partner with the CIO organization to ensure system development aligns with financial transformation goals.
• Drive behavioral change within finance teams to ensure successful system integration and process adherence.

Requirements

• Deep fluency in finance operations, including transaction processing, period close, reporting, compliance, and FP&A.
• Ability to function as a generalist who can navigate across various finance sub-functions effectively.
• Proven experience in structured thinking, with the ability to document complex, relationship-driven processes.
• A results-oriented mindset focused on follow-through, adoption tracking, and closing feedback loops.
• Strong translation skills to communicate technical constraints to finance teams and financial objectives to engineers.
• High proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate discovery, synthesize data, and improve output quality.
