Indian Army Internship Program (IAIP): Zoho Analytics Dashboard Developer and Analyst
This position centers on transforming defense-related information into clear, actionable intelligence. You will work directly with defense datasets, creating structures and visualizations that support command-level decision-making. The focus is on building reliable reporting systems and ensuring that analytical models adhere to strict compliance standards. You will manage the entire journey of data, from initial ingestion through to final stakeholder delivery.

The internship is based in Delhi and operates on a Full Time schedule for 75 days. It commissioпs on 17-Aug-2026 and concludes in late October. The application window closes on 03-Aug-2026. The posting date is 21-Jul-2026. A stipend of up to ₹75,000 is provided upon successful completion, and participants earn 15 academic credits.
Primary Responsibilities
You will design intake mechanisms that validate defense records before any modeling occurs. This involves constructing data models that translate complex metrics into coherent structures for operational review. A core task is developing dashboards within Zoho Analytics that reveal mission-critical patterns and trends.
You will author KPI reports that monitor readiness indicators across evolving timeframes. Integration work will link Zoho CRM, Books, and Desk with external REST services to provide broader context. Your analytical investigations will use Python scripts and Power BI assets to uncover deeper insights.
Ensuring data accuracy involves continuous refinement of joins and business rules to meet policy compliance. You will deliver refined views to stakeholders and manage feedback cycles until final signoff is achieved. Collaboration with field teams ensures that dashboards align with real-time decision cycles.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must possess a B.Tech or equivalent degree with a specialization in Computer Application and Business Management. Equivalent qualifications in Computer Science and Business Systems are also accepted. Candidates with a background in Computer Science and Engineering are eligible.
Those specializing in Electronics and Communication Engineering must meet the same academic standards. Applicants focused on Information Technology are expected to fulfill all project expectations. Master of Technology holders in Computer Science and Engineering must demonstrate identical experience levels.
The same criteria apply to M Tech graduates in Electronics and Communication Engineering and Information Technology. You must be available for the entire 75-day internship period without conflict. A demonstrated interest in defense analytics is essential.
Technical Skills and Tools
The role requires fluency in industry-standard software and programming environments. You will utilize Excel for data preparation and manipulation. Power BI will be used for advanced visualization tasks.
Python scripting forms a key part of the analytical workflow. SQL is necessary for database querying and management. Primary reporting will occur through Zoho Analytics, supported by Business Intelligence principles. Dashboard Development and ETL processes form the backbone of daily tasks. KPI Reporting and Data Modelling are central outputs.
Practical Information
Working hours are fixed from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The stipend is disbursed only after successful project completion, and attendance below 75% results in ineligibility. Police verification is mandatory before joining.
