Join the Member Experience team to develop consumer-facing features that enhance customer loyalty and value for brands. Your work will ensure customers consistently choose Imprint for transactions due to superior rewards and experiences. This position focuses on building trust and delight through innovative solutions in the payment and loyalty space. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of consumer products, translating ambiguous opportunities into clear execution plans. You will act as the primary voice of the customer, synthesizing feedback into actionable product strategies. This role requires a partnership with engineering to deliver high-quality releases that meet strict timelines. You will be responsible for the success of the product post-launch, iterating based on performance and user feedback.

What you'll do
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the current Imprint consumer experience across various partner programs to uncover friction points.
- Engage directly with customers through interviews and surveys to gather qualitative insights that inform product decisions.
- Analyze support tickets and app reviews to identify systemic issues and opportunities for enhancing the user journey.
- Translate business objectives into a prioritized backlog of consumer-facing product improvements and new features.
- Architect strategic product plans for future consumer experiences, aligning with long-term customer needs and the overall product vision.
- Break down ambiguous problems into manageable milestones, ensuring alignment across engineering, design, and partner teams.
- Evaluate trade-offs between customer impact, business value, engineering effort, and partner requirements to make informed decisions.
- Drive product development from initial conception through launch, utilizing data to validate hypotheses and refine the roadmap.
- Define and own key success metrics to measure the impact of launched features on customer behavior and retention.
- Collaborate with designers to build interactive prototypes that explore new interactions and validate concepts early.
- Leverage AI-assisted tools for rapid prototyping and exploration of alternative product solutions.
- Champion a culture of experimentation, setting up tests to validate assumptions before large-scale implementation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, specifically with consumer-facing products in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communication skills, able to explain complex trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Proven ability to develop well-crafted consumer products that drive engagement and retention.
- Experience with hands-on prototyping using AI-assisted tools to quickly test and iterate on ideas.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior data and the ability to apply insights to influence product decisions.
- Background in mobile-first consumer product development, with a focus on intuitive user interfaces.
- Demonstrated experience working with payment, loyalty, or rewards systems within a consumer context.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, balancing remote collaboration with in-office presence in New York City.

- Background in fintech, payments, credit products, loyalty, rewards, commerce, or regulated consumer sectors.
- Experience creating products for diverse customer groups, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility.
- Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and analytics platforms like Amplitude or Mixpanel.
- Prior experience managing products with a focus on member retention and lifetime value optimization.
- Familiarity with regulated environments and the ability to navigate compliance constraints efficiently.
