About the role
You will serve as the primary liaison between Imprint and retail locations, acting as the energetic face of our co-branded credit card programs directly on the sales floor. In this capacity, you will translate complex card benefits into clear, engaging conversations that resonate with both store associates and everyday shoppers. Your core mission is to drive card application growth while simultaneously cultivating a trusted relationship with retail partners. You will own the end-to-end in-store experience, ensuring that every interaction supports program adoption and reinforces our brand promise. Success in this role requires you to be a confident educator, a persuasive advocate, and a meticulous executor of our sales strategy within physical retail environments. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align field activities with broader business objectives and reporting requirements. What you'll do
Serve as the on-site expert for Imprint's credit card programs, articulating features, rewards structures, and promotional offers to store personnel and customers with clarity and precision.
Coach and mentor retail associates on consultative selling techniques, equipping them with the tools and language needed to confidently discuss the credit card program.
Champion the application process by guiding shoppers through each step, emphasizing benefits in a way that aligns with their individual purchase context and financial interests.
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards and bank policies during every customer interaction, safeguarding the integrity of applications and protecting sensitive data.
Analyze store-level metrics including application volume, approval rates, and associate participation to identify trends and drive performance improvements.
Forge productive partnerships with store management to align credit card initiatives with their operational goals and customer service standards.
Identify and resolve friction points in the in-store sales process, proposing actionable enhancements that optimize the application journey for both staff and shoppers.
Maintain a deep awareness of Imprint's product suite and current marketing campaigns to effectively connect card benefits with the overall shopping narrative.
Document and communicate field feedback regarding product usability, customer concerns, and associate challenges to inform strategic decisions at the leadership level.
Adapt your daily schedule to align with the fluctuating demands of retail operations, including peak shopping hours, weekend events, and promotional launches.
Requirements
Possess a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles that involve direct consumer interaction.
Demonstrate a consistent track record of surpassing demanding sales quotas in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to build rapport quickly with diverse personalities and organizational levels.
Thrive in a dynamic, travel-intensive position that requires frequent movement between multiple retail locations within your assigned region.
Display a high level of adaptability, quickly learning new procedures and adjusting your approach based on evolving business priorities and customer expectations.
Bring a foundational comprehension of financial products, particularly credit cards and incentive structures, though detailed product knowledge will be delivered through training.
Hold a high school diploma or its equivalent as a minimum educational qualification.
Show willingness to work a variable schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and national holidays to support peak retail periods and operational needs.

Hands-on experience within the fintech industry, particularly in payment processing or digital financial services ecosystems.
A background working within or supplying to organizations with substantial brick-and-mortar retail footprints, such as major retailers or chains.
Proven experience in training adult learners, including coaching retail staff on sales methodologies and customer engagement techniques.
Fluency in additional languages that enable you to communicate effectively with a broader range of customers and store associates.
