About the role
Ideals is on the lookout for an innovative Account-Based Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of account-based marketing strategies aimed at high-value clients. This position will involve creating detailed frameworks and playbooks that regional teams can to implement targeted marketing initiatives. You will work in close collaboration with sales and various marketing departments to enhance pipeline growth and drive revenue.

What you'll do
- Collaborate with the sales team to establish segment priorities, identify target accounts, and set shared marketing objectives to enhance the sales pipeline.
- Create frameworks for account selection, including tiering logic, research methodologies, and stakeholder mapping to streamline the account planning process.
- Work alongside operations teams to pinpoint and address any data gaps concerning account intelligence and the composition of buying committees.
- Develop a systematic ABM lifecycle that encompasses account selection, data integration, orchestration, personalization, and performance measurement.
- Design personalized, multi-channel campaign frameworks and playbooks for various initiatives, including digital marketing, ABM activations, webinars, and executive events.
- Ensure that all marketing content, digital strategies, and product marketing are aligned and ready for effective campaign launches.
- Establish measurement strategies for account and contact-level dashboards, concentrating on engagement metrics and their influence on the sales pipeline.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making necessary adjustments to optimize results and drive engagement.
- Train and support regional teams in executing ABM strategies effectively, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in account-based marketing to continually refine and enhance strategies.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and communication across departments to ensure the success of ABM initiatives.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in account-based marketing, with a total of 5-6 years in demand generation or field marketing within the B2B SaaS sector.
- In-depth knowledge of buying committees, deal cycles, and the evolving role of marketing in enterprise sales.
- Proven experience in developing Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and comprehensive account plans that include selection frameworks and stakeholder mapping.
- Proficiency in utilizing a variety of full-funnel marketing channels, both digital (such as LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and programmatic display) and offline (including executive dinners and strategic gifting).
- Demonstrated ability to execute intent-driven, highly targeted digital marketing programs that effectively activate engagement signals.
- Experience managing marketing budgets with a focus on making data-driven decisions that impact pipeline growth and revenue generation.
- Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration with field sales teams, including joint account planning and achieving shared targets.
- Familiarity with partnering with Sales Enablement, Integrated Campaigns, Content, and Product Marketing teams to provide sales with ABM-focused content and strategies.
