What you'll do

Requirements

• A strong commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct research and present findings clearly.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative in driving projects forward.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices for creating inclusive environments is a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role or industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow within the organization.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
• A passion for technology and innovation, with an interest in contributing to the advancement of the industry.
