What you'll do

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in community management, talent acquisition, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire others.
• Proven experience in organizing events or initiatives that foster community engagement and professional development.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and professional networking sites, with a knack for leveraging them to build relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on community engagement metrics.

Nice to have

• Experience in the technology or software industry, particularly in areas related to data protection and management.
• Knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices for attracting top talent.
• Familiarity with tools and software that facilitate community engagement and event management.

Skills & tools

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with community management platforms and tools, such as Slack, Discord, or similar.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring smooth execution of community initiatives.
