About the role
You will own the end-to-end sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise clients located in France and across EMEA from initial discovery to executive-level contracting. You will act as a trusted digital transformation advisor, leveraging the HubSpot flywheel to demonstrate how inbound methodology and the platform drive sustainable growth. You will develop and manage a proactive, multi-threaded sales strategy that aligns with HubSpot's modern buying journey. You will leverage deep product knowledge of HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service hubs to tailor solutions that solve complex business challenges. You will partner with internal stakeholders to forecast demand accurately and ensure predictable pipeline generation. You will articulate the value of an ecosystem of integrated tools that enable customers to do more with fewer resources. You will mentor junior sellers by sharing playbooks and best practices for succeeding in a platform sale environment.

What you'll do
Develop and own a comprehensive annual, quarterly, and monthly business plan for your assigned territory and segment.
Identify and pursue new opportunities from inbound interest, outbound research, and strategic account-based marketing campaigns.
Conduct discovery calls and executive-level conversations with C-level leaders and department heads to uncover strategic pain points.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas by closing new business and driving expansion within existing accounts.
Sell to multiple stakeholders through internal champions while maintaining direct access to executive decision-makers.
Collaborate with HubSpot's marketing, product, and technology teams to refine positioning and influence product roadmap discussions.
Deliver compelling virtual and, when appropriate, in-person product demonstrations that clearly link features to business outcomes.
Respond to detailed legal and security questionnaires, and support the creation of tailored proposals and commercial offers.
Translate complex platform capabilities into clear business value propositions that resonate with digital transformation leaders.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation, contract finalization, and customer handoff to implementation teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customer executives to identify expansion, upsell, and renewal opportunities.
Track and report on pipeline metrics, win/loss patterns, and competitor insights to continuously optimize your sales approach.
Represent HubSpot at industry events and virtual conferences to strengthen brand presence and generate new pipeline.
Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and to reinforce retention and expansion strategies post-sale.
Adapt selling techniques to accommodate diverse buying committees and decision-making processes across industries.
Requirements
You possess a proven track record of selling complex B2B SaaS solutions to mid-market or enterprise customers.
You have experience managing multiple concurrent opportunities and forecasting revenue with a high degree of accuracy.
You demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills in French and English, enabling you to engage with senior stakeholders.
You show strong aptitude for learning and explaining intricate product features in a simple, customer-centric manner.
You are comfortable navigating ambiguous situations and making decisions with incomplete information in a fast-paced environment.
You have a history of exceeding demanding sales quotas in a SaaS or technology-driven organization.
You understand the principles of inbound sales and consultative selling, aligning solutions with customer business outcomes.
You are willing to travel within France and across EMEA regions to meet key customers and participate in strategic events.
Nice to have
Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
Background in marketing, sales, or business development within the software or technology sector.
Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and change management methodologies.
