The role delivers frontline technology support to internal teams and drives daily device and account management. It combines service desk operations with structured exposure to identity, endpoint management, and automation in support of AI tools. The position is hybrid in Vancouver or Toronto.

What you'll do
Tickets move to resolution as you own and document each case in the helpdesk system while communicating updates to internal clients. Laptops and peripherals are built, configured, and deployed for users across the organization. Hardware procurement, logistics, and asset tracking are supported end to end. Desk hardware is set up, installed, modified, and maintained inside the office environment. AI tools are provisioned and supported to help employees adopt and use them effectively. Platform projects are assisted alongside Infrastructure and Systems teammates to build hands-on familiarity. Work moves through an agile workflow as tickets are created and completed. Departmental projects are supported when they require Helpdesk resources and availability. On-call duties are performed on the global schedule. Related duties are completed as assigned.
Requirements
One or more years of experience troubleshooting Mac issues is required. Experience with Windows OS troubleshooting is required. Working knowledge of Google Admin and Google Workspace apps is required. A clear eagerness to learn identity and access concepts such as Active Directory and Single Sign On is required. Experience with endpoint management is required. Completion of the ACMT course is an asset in a Mac-focused environment. Experience working in an agile environment is an asset. An organized and logical approach to complex problem solving is used to identify root causes. Internal and external customers are helped proactively to meet their needs. Thoughts and questions are communicated clearly in writing and verbally with active listening. Collaboration with colleagues delivers results while prioritizing team needs.
