About the role
This role supports IT operations and the Global Helpdesk team. You maintain hardware and resolve technology issues for employees. The position is based on-site in Vancouver, Canada.

Key facts
What you'll do
Laptops and peripherals are configured and deployed for new and existing users by hardware deployment teams. MacBook leases are closed by configuring, wiping, and recording laptop data in line with policy.
Office desk hardware is set up, installed, modified, configured, and maintained to keep operations running.
Changes to hardware and management systems are recorded when offboarded hardware is received to reflect accurate status.
Hardware asset management system records are updated according to Helpdesk processes and procedures.
Issues are identified and resolved in collaboration with the Global Helpdesk team by following established workflows.
Clients receive follow-up through the ticketing system to confirm that issues are fully resolved.
Google Meet hardware is set up, installed, and tested for office use.
Team documentation is refreshed when processes or stakeholder needs change.
IT time and resources are provided for departmental projects as requested.
Tickets are created and tasks advance through agile workflows as work is completed.
Requirements
The posting states a bachelor's degree requirement. Basic to advanced Mac troubleshooting is performed routinely.
Windows OS problems are troubleshooted with working knowledge of Dell laptops.
Meeting room hardware and AV gear are used to support meetings.
An agile environment experience is preferred.
