Hirehangar is seeking an operationally focused manager to establish a robust connection between our marketing initiatives and our manufacturing divisions, which include CNC operations, assembly lines, and print capabilities. You will serve as the central coordination point maintaining order across our fully remote team by rigorously managing workflows, timelines, and personnel to ensure marketing strategies are translated effectively into production reality. This role requires a disciplined professional who can navigate the intersection of creative marketing vision and tangible manufacturing output without losing momentum. You will be responsible for translating high-level campaign goals into actionable steps that the production teams can execute efficiently and on schedule. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment where adaptability and clear communication are paramount to success. You will act as the operational glue that binds strategy to execution across distributed locations and time zones. Success in this position will be measured by the seamless alignment between marketing deliverables and the physical production capabilities of the team.

What you'll do
- Supervise the integration of marketing campaigns with physical production processes, ensuring that creative concepts move smoothly from ideation to manufactured reality.
- Lead team members through regular check-ins, daily huddles, and one-on-one meetings to maintain alignment and address operational roadblocks in real time.
- Refine operational workflows to improve output efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance the overall productivity of the marketing and manufacturing collaboration.
- Collaborate with department heads and remote staff across various time zones to synchronize priorities and ensure cohesive project execution.
- Monitor project KPIs, deliverables, and schedules to maintain accountability and provide transparent status updates to stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing projects, coordinating resources and timelines to meet established deadlines and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between creative, production, and client teams to prevent misunderstandings and ensure that specifications are accurately followed.
- Implement tracking mechanisms to monitor progress, identify risks early, and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
- Support the optimization of production schedules to accommodate changing marketing demands while respecting capacity constraints.
- Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures that enhance the reliability and scalability of marketing operations.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, highlight areas for improvement, and propose data-driven adjustments to workflows.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external partners, providing guidance on timelines, dependencies, and project status.
- Ensure that all marketing activities remain aligned with the production capabilities and operational realities of the manufacturing teams.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback and incorporating best practices into the operational framework.
Requirements
- Demonstrated background in project management, marketing operations, or a similar leadership role with a track record of delivering complex initiatives.
- Knowledge of how marketing strategy influences physical production cycles and the constraints inherent in manufacturing environments.
- Experience managing remote teams across different time zones, with a proven ability to foster engagement and productivity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting commitments.
- Must be available to work full US business hours (EST/CST) to ensure real-time collaboration with stakeholders in those regions.
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English to communicate clearly with diverse team members and stakeholders.
- Prior experience working remotely, specifically with US-based companies, understanding the nuances of virtual collaboration.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain order in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Capacity to interpret technical production requirements and translate them into actionable marketing plans.
- Commitment to following established processes while also identifying opportunities for strategic enhancements.
