What you'll do
- Develop and refine the architectural strategy for customer-facing frontend applications, considering long-term scalability and core UI functionalities.

Requirements
- A minimum of 12 years in professional software engineering, with significant experience in leading technical groups.
- Demonstrated expertise in modern frontend technologies such as React, Next.js, and GraphQL, with a history of building high-performance web experiences.
- Full-stack capabilities, including backend experience with Node.js and Python, to manage features from end to end.
- In-depth knowledge of UI performance optimization, web accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
- Proven experience in implementing and scaling shared frontend infrastructure, component libraries, or design systems across multiple teams.
- A strong history of driving architectural clarity and technical alignment across different departments.
- Ability to convert customer and product needs into dependable, maintainable, and impactful technical outcomes.
- A track record of improving developer experience, team efficiency, and system sustainability.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the capacity to influence various stakeholders.
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments and enabling teams to succeed despite uncertainty.
