Senior Director, Fund Accounting
Job description
About the role
You will own the end-to-end accounting and reporting mechanics for Hiive's fund-related operations as the secondary marketplace expands. This role demands ownership of the full accounting lifecycle for fund vehicles, from trade capture through final statement issuance. You will be responsible for ensuring that NAVs, PCAPs, and financial statements are accurate, auditable, and delivered on a strict quarterly schedule. The position requires deep collaboration with fund services, legal, and trading teams to maintain data integrity and regulatory alignment. You will lead the design and execution of controls that underpin investor confidence and compliance. As the primary accountant for the fund group, you will manage complex capital call and distribution accounting with precision. This role is critical to scaling the regulated secondary marketplace with integrity and transparency.
