What you'll do
- Manage and administer Google Workspace applications, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Meet, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance productivity and collaboration across the organization.
- Develop and execute training programs for employees to maximize the use of Google Workspace tools, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for enhancement, troubleshooting issues as they arise to maintain seamless operations.
- Implement security measures and best practices to protect sensitive data within Google Workspace, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

- Participate in the planning and execution of migrations and upgrades within the Google Workspace environment, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
- Stay updated on the latest features and updates within Google Workspace, proactively recommending enhancements and new tools that can benefit the organization.
- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to create a knowledge base that can be utilized by the IT team and end-users.
- Assist in the development of IT policies and procedures related to Google Workspace usage, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Engage in regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, system changes, and user training initiatives.
- Contribute to the overall IT strategy by providing insights and recommendations based on user feedback and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or engineering, with a focus on cloud-based applications, preferably Google Workspace.
- Strong understanding of Google Workspace administration, including user management, security settings, and application integration.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with IT security principles and best practices, particularly in relation to cloud applications.
- Experience in conducting training sessions and creating user documentation is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments, fostering a positive work environment.
Nice to have
- Google Workspace certification or similar credentials.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for automation tasks related to Google Workspace.

- Previous experience in a fast-paced, agile work environment, particularly in the tech or food delivery industry.
