What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement in inventory control and quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with warehouse operations teams to develop and implement best practices for inventory management, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards that provide insights into inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, and quality metrics.
• Lead root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies and quality issues, working closely with relevant stakeholders to develop corrective action plans.
• Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in the development and execution of training programs for warehouse staff on inventory control and quality assurance practices.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory management and quality assurance, providing regular updates to management.
• Utilize statistical tools and methodologies to analyze data and support decision-making processes across the organization.
• Engage in regular communication with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure alignment on inventory levels and quality standards.
• Support the implementation of new technologies and systems that enhance inventory tracking and quality assurance processes.
• Participate in audits and assessments of inventory management practices to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovative ideas and solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management, quality assurance, or a related analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse management software is a plus.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies or other process improvement frameworks.
• Experience in the food or e-commerce industry is advantageous.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis software such as R or Python is a plus.
• Certification in supply chain management or quality assurance is a bonus.

Skills & tools

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Understanding of inventory management software and warehouse management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
