Key facts
What you'll do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at promoting Heirloom's carbon removal solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing insights that inform product development and marketing efforts.
- Support the creation of engaging content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and newsletters, to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, workshops, and webinars that promote Heirloom's mission and educate stakeholders about carbon removal technologies.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and projects that align with our sustainability goals.
- Help track and analyze key performance metrics for marketing initiatives, providing reports that highlight successes and areas for improvement.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights that can be used to refine our offerings and enhance user experience.
- Contribute to the development of internal documentation and resources that support team operations and knowledge sharing.
- Attend team meetings and contribute ideas and perspectives that foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Take on special projects as assigned by supervisors, providing support in various areas of the business as needed.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and their role in marketing and brand engagement.
