What you'll do

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion, with a focus on achieving results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using project management and operational software tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
• Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing teams.
